Day-by-Day Detail
Monday — AI Art Day: “I am an AI illustrator”
Kids create a character, describe it to the AI, and watch it come alive. They explore different art styles (watercolor, cartoon, oil painting, pixel), pick a favorite, and lay out a complete storybook in Canva. The book is sent to print that evening — they’ll hold it in their hands on Friday.
Tuesday — Maker Day: “From drawing to sculpture”
Their storybook character jumps from 2D to 3D. Using TinkerCAD, kids learn to think in three dimensions (front/side/back). AI renders the model in museum-quality finishes (marble, gold, painted), then the 3D printer begins a 16-20 hour job.
Wednesday — STEM Build: “Engineering meets art”
Choose your challenge: a shadow story box, a spinning lantern, a kinetic sculpture, or an LED art lamp. Kids learn the engineering cycle — design, test, iterate. When the lights go out, the room becomes a glowing gallery.
Thursday — Robotics: “The robot artist”
Assemble a robot, attach a marker, and program it to draw. The 3D sculpture from Tuesday arrives — a “wow” moment. Advanced tracks: robot painter challenges, LED light dance routines.
Friday — CT Art Gallery: “Every child is an artist”
Parents are invited. Each child curates their personal booth with all five days of work. Lights dim, installations glow, families hear a guided tour led by their own child. Awards ceremony closes the week.

Your Child’s Growth Path — Planned, Not Left to Chance
A structured learning journey
From summer curiosity to lifelong skills — with a plan that fits your child.
After the camp, families have the option to book a 1:1 consultation with a coach to discuss next steps. We look at your child’s interests, pace, and showcase work, then recommend the best continuation — whether that’s a weekly Regular Program, specialized skill tracks, or (for exceptional campers) an invitation to the VEX Competition Prep Team.
This isn’t a generic upsell. It’s a personalized growth plan — some kids stay in creative STEM for the joy of building, others find they love competition. Both paths are valid, and we’ll help you choose the one that builds long-term confidence and skill.
1:1 Parent Consultation
Families can book a free 1:1 consultation after camp to discuss goals, strengths, and the best next step.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need prior tech experience?
▾
None at all. Both junior (G1–3) and senior (G4–7) tracks start from zero. Our coaches are trained to meet every child where they are.
What about laptops, software, and supplies?
▾
Please bring your own laptop or tablet, plus daily lunch and snacks. Everything else is provided — AI tools (kid-safe filtered), 3D printing, craft materials, robotics kits, and printed takeaways.
Can parents visit during the week?
▾
The Friday Art Gallery Showcase is a special moment for families — typically the last 2–3 hours of the day, with exact timing announced by your coach. Parents are warmly recommended to attend. During the week, we share daily progress videos and photos in the parent group so you don’t miss a thing.
Is there extended care?
▾
Yes — extended care is available before and after the main program. Please ask at registration for specific hours and pricing.
