AI Project Lab Adv Project
Ship a complete product from zero to production — engineering, marketing, analytics, and real-world deployment.
Course Overview
AI Project Lab Adv Project goes beyond engineering. Students don’t just build an app — they ship a complete product. That means a marketing landing page, SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), analytics and log tracking, user onboarding, and production-grade deployment. By the end, students have a product that looks, works, and is marketed like something a real startup would ship.
Students work on a coach-defined project topic, following the full product lifecycle from design to launch. The focus is on learning the complete delivery process — not just coding, but everything it takes to ship a real product. In future advanced projects, students will choose their own topics.
What You’ll Deliver
A complete product package, not just code:
- Working Application — A production-grade app with real functionality
- Marketing Landing Page — A product page that sells your product to users
- SEO & GEO Optimization — Search engine optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (appearing in AI search results)
- Analytics & Log Tracking — User behavior tracking, error monitoring, and usage insights
- User Onboarding — First-time user experience and documentation
- Code Repository — Clean, documented, production-ready codebase
- Product Pitch — A presentation that tells the story of your product

How It Works
The project topic is assigned by the coach — students focus entirely on execution and delivery. This ensures every student goes through the complete product lifecycle without getting stuck on ideation. Topics are designed to be challenging, meaningful, and portfolio-worthy.
In future advanced projects, students who have completed this course will have the experience to choose and scope their own topics.
